Six-stage inspection workflow

Quality Control Throughout Production

Quality is checked at defined production stages rather than left to a single final inspection. MISEN has 3 dedicated QC staff and production teams responsible for following approved requirements.

  1. 01

    Fabric inspection

Review incoming fabric before it enters production.

  2. 02

    Cut-panel check

    Check cut components before sewing.

  3. 03

    Sewing in-line inspection

Monitor workmanship while garments are being assembled.

  4. 04

    Post-wash inspection

Review garments after the coordinated washing and finishing stage.

  5. 05

    Piece-by-piece finished inspection

Check each finished garment before packing.

  6. 06

    Pre-shipment check

Confirm the shipment is ready against approved order requirements.
