Our Denim Manufacturing Process

Every order follows a defined development and production path. Timing is confirmed after the style, fabric, wash, trims, quantity and approval requirements are reviewed.

  1. 01

    Design & requirement review

    Review the physical sample, image, design, tech pack or customer concept.

  2. 02

    Pattern making

    7 pattern makers support product development and fit work.

  3. 03

    Sample development

    Sampling normally takes 5–10 days after inputs and requirements are confirmed.

  4. 04

    Fabric & trim confirmation

    Confirm materials, branding components and production requirements.

  5. 05

    Cutting

    Prepare approved fabric and cut panels for the production run.

  6. 06

    Sewing

    Assemble garments across 5 production lines.

  7. 07

    Washing & finishing

    Coordinate wash resources with stable family partners, then complete finishing.

  8. 08

    Quality control

    Inspect fabric, cut panels, sewing, post-wash garments, finished pieces and shipment readiness.

  9. 09

    Packing

    Pack according to confirmed label and packaging requirements.
