Build your brand into every detail

Private Label Jeans Manufacturing

MISEN supports the product and brand components needed for a coherent private label denim program. If your brand assets are incomplete, our team can assist with logo, label, hangtag and packaging design.

Brand Execution for an Approved Denim Product

MISEN's private-label service helps apparel brands and buyers apply their identity to approved denim products. It can cover garment branding, buyer-required information labels and retail or delivery packaging.

Private Label is separate from product development. Custom Denim Development defines the garment through fabric, fit, wash and construction. Private Label defines how the buyer's brand appears on that approved garment, its trims and packaging.

Private-Label Components

Main, Size and Care Labels

MISEN can coordinate main, size and care labels from approved artwork and information. Buyers may provide care instructions, fiber or content information, origin wording and label artwork. When these are incomplete, MISEN can assist with content preparation according to buyer requirements and destination-market needs.

The buyer should review and approve the final wording for the destination market. MISEN's assistance does not transfer final regulatory responsibility.

Patches and Branded Hardware

Options can include leather or woven patches, buttons, rivets and zippers. The brand brief should identify logo, wording, finish, placement and construction. Components should be reviewed with the garment sample so their size, position and appearance match the approved product.

Material, construction and supplier requirements can affect feasibility, timing and minimum quantity. MISEN does not publish a universal MOQ for these components.

Hangtags and Packaging

MISEN can coordinate hangtags, polybags or other packaging bags, and cartons around confirmed requirements. The buyer should identify required information, artwork and relevant destination-market or retail instructions. Packaging decisions should be approved before bulk packing.

Artwork and Design Support

Buyers can submit available logo and layout files. When files are incomplete, MISEN's design team can assist with logo applications, labels, hangtags and packaging based on buyer direction.

The brief should identify each brand element's position, required information and approved version. Artwork requirements and approval methods are confirmed per project; no single file, color or proof process is assumed for every component.

Approval Before Bulk Production

A practical approval sequence is:

  1. Identify each required garment and packaging component.
  2. Supply available logos, artwork, wording and placement instructions.
  3. Review feasibility and supplier-specific minimums.
  4. Confirm the component direction with the garment sample.
  5. Approve final information, appearance and placement before bulk production or packing.

Proof or sample methods depend on the component and supplier. Revisions can follow buyer feedback until specifications are confirmed. Cost and remake terms remain project-specific.

See OEM & ODM and Manufacturing Process for the wider order workflow.

MOQ and Supplier Dependencies

The standard full-custom garment MOQ is 200 pieces per style and color. Sizes may be mixed within the same color; different colors cannot be combined. Selected simpler styles or trial orders may be discussed from 100 pieces per style after the fabric, wash, trims, workmanship and customization requirements are reviewed.

Private-label trims and packaging may have separate supplier MOQs based on material, construction and supplier requirements. Meeting the garment MOQ does not automatically meet every component supplier's minimum.

Quality Checks and Packing

Private-label checks confirm component placement and that wording, size identification and brand presentation match approved requirements. They are part of QC covering incoming materials, cut pieces, inline production, post-wash review, 100% finished-garment inspection and pre-shipment inspection. Packing follows the confirmed requirements. See Quality Control.

Yes. MISEN's design team can assist with relevant label, hangtag, logo-application and packaging development based on buyer direction.

Do trims use the same MOQ as the garment order?

Not necessarily. Trims and packaging may have separate supplier minimums depending on material, construction and supplier requirements.
